If the MR does come I think it's gonna kill the resale value of the regular EVO, just look at the WRX

 

The writing has been on the walls for months now.. For those who have an Evo, be glad you have one now.. The wait is tough! Go run a few laps at the local road circuit and all will be forgotten..

You can always slap on the new light weight roof, heh.. it's only a few pounds anyways..

Buying a car as an investment or for resale value is ludicrous. You're just fooling yourself. It's a depreciating tool/toy.. Enjoy/use it. If you're using an Evo as a tool not a toy.. shame on you..

 

I've been sayin that all along. Resale for these cars is **** poor and is about to get worse if they import this thing.

 

HOLY FREAKING CRAP!!!!! ahh man I just dumped like 3g's into my evo and this things just as good from teh factory?? WTF is going on here, why is the RS coming here with this thing looming about. WOW just WOW I'm speechless, pissed off, alittle excited, but mostly mad.

That was a good article though and now we've got competition from our own breed. Its like we're gonna have a GS-R while thats the Type-R!!!!

There is going to be a 'better' EVO out there for all of the US folks...

but...do you know what that means for the EVO in general??? More parts, more support, and hopefully less stupid-dealerships! I'm glad I have an 'old' '03 USDM Evo VIII! I'm driving the fun now, and have a few upgrades to look forward too later, from the dealership.

I hope they will get cruise control properly thrown in the mix. I wonder if he drove the RS MR.. since it has no radio in the picture..
