You pretty much have the same mods I have, and I have the mail in flash. I was still running very rich with those mods, 10.7afr to be exact and I do have a walbro fuel pump. I used the afc to tune to 11.1. Running about 16 degrees @ 7000 rpm 20 psi. You probably wont have to retune, but I am running boost off ecu @20psi flat so not sure. Just borrow a wideband and dial it in.

I just installed the Buschur race front mount and it did affect my tune. It leaned the car by .3-.4 a/f, the cooler and denser air from the intercooler will lean out the mixture.

PM importimage if you're looking for a 255 fuel pump. I got my Walboro w/install kit for $85 shipped 2 weeks ago. That price is hard to beat, and as you said you really do need a fuel pump at this point.

I just don't know if I would run too lean once the intercooler's on. The last time that the ecu was flashed was when I put the intake and tbe on.
What are you talking about, you have an afc. find someway to log air fuel with a wideband or get a pocketlogger and just try to get your af around 11.1 and you will be fine.
