glad you're enjoying the updates guys...magyar86 quite a few people's WB02 skip like that, not sure why that is but I still get more than enough data to tune it so it poses no problem.

yes sir...I ran the BR Deluxe up to 500awhp on the old 35R setup and later changed to the BR Race version to pick up a few more ponies and to make sure I didn't have any limitations after doing the shorty/head/cams upgrades. I've been very happy with it, seems to be working well with the other mods.

I spent a little more time on my HTA86 93 octane tune this morning and overlaid the before and after, it's not quite perfect but close

HTA86 vs HTA35R (old turbo) both were in this very cold weather and a peak of 33.5psi in 3rd gear. It will make more power in 4th as it holds the boost out further but that gets a little crazy speed for road tuning. I'm about ready to start the race gas tune

I forgot to mention that to achieve 33.5ish psi on the HTA35R .63 I had my EBC set to 72% duty cycle and now with the HTA86 .82 it's only 66% duty cycle.

Did you notice the spool difference of .82 a/r? or maybe not coz you switched turbo also.

I did but can't log it so I'm eyeballing it.

I was seeing 10psi by 3500 on the HTA35R
I'm seeing 7-8psi by 3500 on the HTA86

my butt dyno can't feel the difference though and DLL suggests they make similar power during spoolup so I don't think I lost much of anything.

I think the HTA86 would have really outpaced my HTA35R .63 if we were comparing it at maximum boost on race gas, but on pump gas they perform similarly with a slight edge to the HTA86

I bought the .82 4 bolt a while back to put on my HTA35R since it was a .63, but I never did get around to making the swap. I ordered the HTA86 without the turbine housing since I already had this one sitting here. It has a v-band 02 housing on it.

success! jcsbanks has been working on a way to get around the 380 load limit...now I can raise the boost and the ecu will control fuel and timing as it should. idle/cruise/wot looks normal and feels fine to me.
