Unhappy NEW FP GREEN, setup doesn't produce expected power???

Hi,
I recently installed a number of performance upgrades onto my 2006 EVO 9 SE. Mods are as follows:

-FP GREEN Turbocharger
-PTE 780cc injectors
-Agency Power fuel rail
-Walbro 255lp
-Buscher Upper intercooler pipe
-Buscher ported and coated exhaust manifold
-AMS Lower intercooler pipe
-Apex'i inate with induction box
-TiTek O2 sensor hosing
-Perrin 3" downpipe
-B&B test pipe
-Espelir catback exhaust
-GReddy Profec II Spec B boost controller

Past Thursday i went to Speed Elements in Fremont,CA to get my car dyno tuned. There was an unusual and unresolved problem. The car is only producing 250AWHP @20psi 91 oct. & BARELY 270AWHP @ 23-24psi 91 oct. A/F's were perfect and boost was reached without a problem. Andy, the tech there, tried to do everything he could to get the car to work correctly as we were convinced that it was supposed to produce 300-320AWHP with this setup and at that boost pressure. After about 20 pulls on a dyno, we had no luck.

I just completed doing a boost leak test and everything seems to be fine, there are no boost leaks. The car has 13.5K miles on it so i doubt there are any mechanical problems with it. We did a compression test on site just to eliminate other possibilities and it came back perfect (140-145 psi).

Please advice if you have ANY idea why i am being short of power. Thank you in advance.

I would check your timing just to be safe. My car was off a tooth and putting down 240 whp and after fixing my timing it went to 280 whp on 91 oct.

Hope this helps...

possiable bad gas, also what was the temp outside. I would also check into a front mount. Possiable heat soaking?? Are sure there was no knock pulling timing. Gotta be something simple I put down more on a stock turbo...

idk about bad gas.... I've never ever had a bad tank of gas or know anyone who has...

Check for an exhaust leak around the turbo....

is there another shop local to that familiar with evos. Not bashing speed element at all, i know theyre good people there, maybe another set of eyes will catch something you guys missed.

Never know

Cheers!

4wheelslide may be right. Check for leaks around the exhaust manifold. Speed Element should have logged one of the runs to see what was going on.

I don't think that would be the case the RPM would go up and the wheels would not spin if the clutch was slipping.
