From what i've seen the piping/turbo/fuel/etc... is all done. All they are working on is the tuning and electronics. They are trying to decide best ways to go with things so people have room to grow while still keeping things nice and safe.

It's funny... many think they can't afford it and then they find a way.

I know i wasn't really ready either but then i pulled some cash together got the non-ic kit... then intercooled... then stage 2... man it seemed like i was able to pull cash out of thin air.

Basically i was just saving every stinking penny and having no fun but it was so worth it!!

That is the way to go. I think if I was pinched for cash I would go non IC first then.... Basically build it like Legos.

becuase when you have stage 2 you already know what power you should be putting out because of road race's dyno charts on the website. i would still like to get dynoed to see what my particular car is putting out but that is the answer to why the statement was made. also becuase most people when they do custom setups need to get on a dyno to do tuning, and with stage 2 from rrm, you don't have to tune it becuase it comes pre tuned via piggyback so there is no reason to get seperate dyno tuning done.

Is it pre-tuned to work on a 4 season weather climate?

initial d - i've driven on the same tune in 30 degrees as i have in 90 degrees

go lancer - um the car will idle high for about 3 seconds maybe, then you just have to let it sit for like 5 or 10 minutes, not really a big deal, drive around normally (not slamming on the gas constantly) for a while to get it used to normal driving conditions, then you can boost away. this is what i've done as far as learning times are concerned and i've never had a problem with that.

what about break in period? when you slap on any of the turbo kits from RRM do they require you to break in the turbo first or is it bolt it up and forget it type of deal?
