thanks for the reply and answers.

If I use a piggyback ecu to tune the fuel maps I dont need a fmu? is that correct?

I want to tune so I was thinking, zeitronix wideband, rrm ver. 2 piggyback to start with the programmable software.

so the turbo mani in this set up comes off onto the 02 housing.. the wastegate comes off one side of the housing and the turbo off the other side?

Piggy back > fmu. If you have a piggyback you wont need the fmu.

get everything needed to run the piggyback also (injectors if need, im not sure)

i wideband is always good with a turbo care for safty and tuning.

The turbo is off the manifold, the wastgate on one side and the exhast goes out the other into the o2 housing then to the downpipe.

ooooooooooooooh. Thanks for the quick reply... I understand it now. wasnt sure on the order of things. haha. If I have any more questions Ill probably ask them here.

In this pic it looks like the wastegate is mounted to the 02 housing. So the turbo mounts to the wastegate, then the wastegate mounts to the driver side of the 02 housing!?! Then of course the exhaust comes off the passenger side of the housing. Mabey thats what you said and I missunderstood that part.

I'm glad that you made this project easier. It took me about 2 months to figure it out and took me 1 month to install, lol. Well I'm glad your project went successful and hope to have trend .

It's been 1 1/2 years since I installed the kit and it's still running strong.

Can you give more details about oil and coolant lines. How did you set them up and what size oil lines are needed.

just wondering where you got your 02 housing, i just bought my 16g and i need the 02 housing and I like yours a lot. is it just custom? it just looks like an ebay 02 housing, also i found an OEM 2.5" downpipe will this work in my 02 OZ rally with my custom 16g turbo kit?

Not sure what the "actual" function of that screw is, but it works for an oil feed line to the turbo. That way there's no need to custom make the feed line.
