Please don't use a tie-wrap to hook up any fuel lines

Probably that's why, I used the vaccum lines hose, it's not burn or anything it's just cracked open. I'll just buy ss braided fuel line instead. Thanks.

Man, you managed 5 psi! Thats great. Thanks for keeping us updated. Your like the guinea pig. I'm taking notes on all these problems so that when I become the 2nd person to turbo with the 16g, I'll know what to look for/fix

okay, InitialDracer (thanks ) was right about the fuel lines, I was using a vaccum lines that's why it keep busting it out, I bought ss braided fuel lines and wallaw, it's sealed and no more leak . I actually got my downpipe redone and I am now running with full custom exhaust which sound WAY better. I had little fun afterwards, the car just pull around 3.5 rpm and it blows the valve around 5 rpm (pretty loud outside and that $77 bov actually works)

Please explain why not?

Good job pare, let's see some new pics! Get those pipes powdercoated or painted chrome and get some silicone couplers to match up the looks. Plan on upgrading your internals as well?

Yeah, I'll get my intake redone and probably powercoat my valve cover as well. For the internals, I don't know yet, probably next year summer because I don't have enough money right now (going back to the Philippines this December).

Everything is fine now (hopefully) I have new pics and new vids ( )... give me minute..

Here are some new pics.

Yeah, I need a mesh...

The vent is really helpful for me.

Videos (sorry it's short), I didn't have enough gas to go to freeway. , just drove it around the block. You will notice I have a gauge pod so don't laugh at me lol, just bracket and double side taped it lol, I'll get one this Saturday. Well I boost up 3 at first gear and get more boost at 2nd gear (5) . I must say, big difference from the stock power.

Yeah, just have to mentain the car regulary (check lines, etc) to keep it running good for a long time.

I am glad what I seeing now and hopefully I won't see any huge problems later on.

PS: Just want to thanks to all of the people and the evom members who helped me to get this far, especially MalibuJack because I followed all of his ideas and they all worked and I acutally saved big bucks. (About over 1g) . Lot's of researching, patient, and hardworked was the main key of this project.

Hey Azn.. I just started building my turbo header setup for my Honda hatch in a similar way I suggested to you, I'll start a thread in another location for it. I need a source for a D-series honda header flange in stainless though..

BTW I'm going to talk to one of the header vendors about producing headers with the evo twin-scroll flange already installed on it.. this will save you guys alot of headaches..

Yep And sometimes you can't get them as tight as you need. Fuel should be approached with safety in mind.

Glad it worked out
