same.. i was told the same at my dealership.. south coast Mitsubishi in CA. that they will release a bolt on turbo for the lancer... wether i believe it.. prolly not.. but hey you never know... it can be too expensive beacause then noone would buy it and theyd just get a ralliart, and i dont think the car can handle more than 4psi lol without chaninging internals.. the guy also said that it will not alter the 100,000 mile warranty so if you are worried about the reliability but still want a turbo um there you go =] so itll have to be "cheep" or at least reasonable; and reliable.

im goin nutts with this car bign so slow but im smarter then goin aout and buying whatever anyone puts out right now. i believe that compitition alone will improve the products =]

 

hey ya never know. i mean TRD sells their supercharger kit right?

mitsu makes turbos, it doesn't necessarily have to be intercooled with low boost, etc.

makes sense in a lotta ways actually...

 

I hope its true but I am not making any sudden movements until my dealer calls me and say's MIke we have your turbo kit.

 

when i bought my lancer 08, the guy who sold said they would be installing turbos but he said the price would make it not realistic. So.... who knows, he wont knwo the price for sure until the evo x comes in, but once it does, he is going to call me about pricing for install.

 

Since the RA will be a S-AWD 2.2 TDI, I rate we should get a turbo option

 

hmm wonder if this turbo kit will fit into my 06 RA... few minor mods should make it work...
