For the BOV, you should be Ting into the hose on the intake manifold next to the throttle body that make a U right next to itself, the one in the picture above. Leave the second wastegate nipple open.

the top part..kinda like a hat, stays open (nothing is connected). your wastegate looks fine.

Why can't we plug the second nipple on the wastegate?

A wastegate is a air piston. You apply air pressure (boost) on one side of the piston and it pushes against a spring on the other side of the piston. Now the spring side of the piston also has air in it. When you apply boost to the piston and the air on the other side isnt able to vent to the atmosphere it acts like a spring as well but a much stiffer spring.

In other words the wastegate will not open at the right psi so dont do it.

Update:

Got the oil pan removed and tapped, siliconed and fed the turbo. Still no dice on the dam o2 sensor and bolt on the cat!

Tomorrow ill prime the lines, gap the plugs, do the ECU's, install the boost gauge, stick my bumper back on and all the black plastic stuff i took off and then get the car running and then drive to the shop to get my downpipe put on!

Almost done!!!

Question:

Does the fitting for the oil feed that goes into the place of the hex bolt above the filter get screwed in all the way? I couldnt get it to thread in all the way....maybe half or so? same for the braided line to the fitting...is that normal?

you can put the piggy/5th injector unit anywhere. i put mines underneath the hood. the oil feed line fitting only screws in half way i believe inside the hex bolt.

Yeah the piggy usually goes in the cabin under the dash next to the ECU because the wires aren't that long.

That's a reliefe! i didnt think i put that oil fitting in properly, i thought i may have cross threaded or something, but i dont remember it going in hard though...good to know!

My vac line for the piggy back is not long enough to reach pass the fire wall. I guess ill have to extend it?

Yeah, just get a T for it, but the ones that only have 2 connections so you can extend it through to the engine bay.
