youll be fine man i was like that when my light came on. i know a guy with a 16g kit with a cel eliminator and it works fine. a guy with a ralliart that also has a 16g kit said it didnt work. im assuming its another 1 of those hit or miss situations.

Are you guys using two cel eliminator or one.

My bro with his eclipse is using 2 and it's working perfect. I used 2 also and it's not working at all. I might try to use one.

normally you would use 1. the second o2 sensor after the cat.

I have two but they are two different types. One RRM style and one Mustang style which is a resistor and capacitor inline. Just the RRM one didnt work but i added the Mustang and it works like a charm.

you should probably start your own thread mate. this is supposed to be about the OP's turbo build.
you will get a better response to your questions that way

The CEL eliminator is usually just luck if it works or not. My friend got on on his Civic and it didn't work (I think we put it on the wrong sensor though). Just get a high flow cat put in before your second sensor. It shouldn't restrict your exhaust that much and most likely will get rid of the CEL, plus it will make your exhaust quieter if it's too loud.

yea the car is pretty loud now that i have no cats...and the tailpipe gets really black and so does my bumper...i have to clean it now like every other day.

But this morning, i went to start my car, and then drove around and stuff and realized the CE light was gone....but then it came back like 20mins later. So im assuming it's deff. a cat related thing. I want to get a 3 way cat when i get the cat back done...which is hopefully going to be soon!

Also i have another slight issue now. My car has stalled on me a few times now from just driving and then stepping on the clutch and just cruise to a stop. The idle will also just hit very low sometimes and a few times it go so low that the car caught it self again and then jumped up to 1300rpm or so as if it died then restarted.

Any ideas? Is my BOV set too soft? Or too hard? its a greddy typs rs and it is recirculated.

how many miles has it been? i heard it takes about 200 miles for everything to be smooth for the piggy to completely learn itself. i would even test it out like revv the engine when my car is parked all the way to redline.....than when it dropped to low rpms it would seem like my car would cut off but now i dont have this issue since 200 miles has passed.

o ya and for the type rs bov....i think you set it too soft, it stallls still than set it al the way to hard but i think its soft. i have a type rs as well but i need to weld the flange in.

cool vid, is that the type rs on a soft setting or hard setting? cause damn thats what my plastic 2g bov sounds like and i just bought a type rs.....i assumed the type rs would be much quieter (reason why i bought it).
