Why do you have mismatched tires? If anything you want the softer tires up front since at the moment, the stiff tires will basically transfer the weight back, reducing overall traction up front. Wider tires would help as would those designed for straight line performance. I've never heard of people using the Azenis for anything other than tracking or autocrossing.

Yeap, I'll switch them around. I only wanted to use them because they were cheap and I have seen torque-less civics pull 2.0-2.1 60 foot. My current best is 2.3 flat. I would love to see somewhere around 2.1 or even 2.2 flat.

interesting thread i just read through it all
i can tell you why i didnt go for 400whp
#1 FWD wheel hop is not so fun
i am most definitely happy with 308whp and 301 wtq
most my races are only on a roll when i did race
my setup definitely will support 400whp but will
the trans, will the axles, maybe you can answer these ?s
that would be great

my next project is a 1st gen eclipse so i know i will put all the power to
the ground
or maybe even an evo

i had spent enough $ on my lancer
i had the rrm kit too
and maxed out at 265.9whp on the t28 kit

i will keep checking this thread out
goodluck if you do reach your goal its possible
