here are some pics of the new setup. just need to do some welding on the manifold for bracing and add a pipe and a flange for my tial 38mm wastegate. going external dump with the wastegate, so it should sound mean i think. also gonna do some redneck porting on the hotside and manifold as well. just gonna clean up the flow a bit as well.

Is that the speedcorps mani copy? If it is some things to note, you will have to elongate or just drill it out a little bigger the top passenger side mounting hole and the bottom drivers side cause the holes are a little off. Dont forget you will have to do a little grinding on the turbo to clear the waterpipe. Setup looks nice BTW

Being that the manifold is a twin scroll were are you going to put the wastgate? Are you going to add a section between the turbo and manifold and put it there? And if you like the sound of external dump, why dont you just do with a divorced o2 Dump?

Nice sounds about right for 5 psi it's around 10 Hp per psi that you run on average. What is your next upgrade you plan on getting?

i could and prolly will but i got to weld the flapper shut so that i can use my external. and i figured that i had already spent $250 on a nice external that i didnt want to spend another $200 or so to get a stock looking one.

Hey I downloaded that dynostorm app for my phone and for the first run seems pretty accurate. Tested my wifes bone stock civic which is rated at 115hp, it has 188k miles on it and my phone rated it at 105 crank and 89 at the wheels, not too bad.

ya thats pretty accurate. same thing with pocket dyno for my ipod. it will atleast give you a "rough" number to work with/off before you actually dyno it to get an actual true number.

well got the new w/b sensor in today and the car reads other than 14.7, whooda thought? found that when i got in my accident the sensor actually hit the rear cross member and dented the sensor which made it not work.

got my seat on tuesday, but i think the guy put a set of universal rails on it and the whole back of the seat is tweaked 20 degrees to the right! now the d-bag isnt answering my emails! figures

workin on getting the w/g flapper welded and the o2 bung into the evo dp. then its just a matter of a few gaskets and some fabricating and itll be ready to go in.

josh

and here is some of my latest work.....

runners will be going into solidworks this week
