UPDATE:
oil feed=done
oil pan tap=done
water lines=done
fuel pump=done
fmu=done
spark plugs=done
slim fan=done
manifold and turbo=done(had to make a spacer for manifold, see pics.)
we = exhausted
here are some pics of the work. We had to grind off part o the bracket for the water pipe that runs in front of the engine for turbo clearance. some gauges are wired but not complete. Everything was going great until we ran into clearance issues with the water pipe. 2 hours to fab up a spacer did the trick but it set us back a while trying to figure it out. oh.. and one of the turbos bolt up stud was cut off when i bought it and it would have not been a problem but with the spacer in place we now have to take it out and drill out the hole.
Tomorrow we start again, so in the mean time enjoy some pics.

Thanks!^
I got a good 5 and 1/2 hours of sleep and now we continue.
Since we could not get the mani and turbo in yesterday in time for the muffler shop we pulled some favors and got a real cool as& guy that owns a local hot rod shop to weld up the down pipe for us. We just have to get the car there before 3pm. Hope we make it.

Heater core lines that run from the water pipes to the firewall.

He's using a tubular manifold from an evo with a new flange. Ask a shop about prices.
So on the water lines, if you've done that throttle body bypass thing, could you just run hoses from those points to the turbo and not have to do any Ting into?

Car started up first try. no problems or leaks. Boosting only 5 psi. I may have a boost leak i dont know. Not going to push it to hard. drove it for like 5 miles with no issues. I may re-rout the ic pipes so they are not so close to the radiator but other than that it looks like i am done for now. I am going to party tonight so will get back to you guys and any questions later. thanks to all who helped especially my good friends Kevin,Pj and Nick!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOO!
