ok i just need to make sure of something that i thought i knew. i was on the phone with a guy from ivey tuning and when talking about tunning it he asked if i had the stock evo ecu when i told him i had my stock lancer ecu he said he had to check if sean can do that. It is possible right, i mean thats what ive always thought. anyway he is going to call me back but right now i have an opening for a tune at 11 am on saturday

Yea I talked to AMS about it and they said it was no problem. Only thing I think you will need to find it the definition for your car for the OpenECU software.

no more leaks whoo hoo......so is it normal for the manifold to get rele hotttttt, car starts up good now and runs smooth.....how much oil is supposed to come from the return bc i rele dont see much, i see some there but it doesnt run out when i disconnected granted it is draining by the time i take it off lol.

ok onee thing...the fan, has not come on, am i supposed to have both fan plugs plugged into the relay switch with thee one fan tapped into both wires or can just one plug be connected and if so which one. i have only had the car running like 2 min max. what kind of things should i be seeing.

As far as the fan is concerned even the stock setup takes a few more minutes for it to kick on but I can see your concern. I couldnt tell you as far as the wiring goes but I would start it and let it run and watch the temp gauge. When it gets to around half or maybe a little less? the thermostat should open and thats when the fan would prolly kick on I would assume as the fluid in the radiator wont be hot until the thermostat allows the fluid to begin circulating. Glad to hear the O rings fixed your leak man keep it up!! This is gonna make mine a snap lol.

Normal for the mani to get hot haha. As for the oil return it'll probably only leak a bit, but the pump isn't running so you're not getting any oil pumped through the feed line and turbo.

Both fans need to be connected to the fan controller. You should have two wires, a blue and black wire and normally you can reverse these wires to get the fan to either push air or pull air. 2 minutes isn't nearly long enough. You probably want about 10 minutes of idle or driving around will show better results.

Well if the car is off, the oil won't be pumping...

Did you prime the line before you installed it?
