Yeah, but i'd still like to know if the internal wastegate can be removed all together... If I'm going to pay extra to buy a manifold with the ex wg flange on it... I want to run a ex wg... lol

There has got to be a way the just keep the IWG plate from opening even if you had to weld it or something. Im sure someone out there has done it??

You can either weld the flapper closed or remove it all together. Lots of DSM guys weld their wastegate flappers closed and run external wastegates.

Ok so sounds like zulu is having trouble with his push pull fan, is the 10" too small? Can I put a 12" on mine? Something like these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/12-Ra...Q5fAccessories

Also has anyone tried putting a fan on the intercooler with a toggle switch inside the car? Would that produce the same result as a IC sprayer giving that little extra boost when needed?

i think theres enough space on the inside of my radiator between the turbo for another one to fit so ill try that or get a faster spinning fan u know

10 inch fits good, dont think a 12 will fit

but i think its more about how much the fan can push not about how big it is

I'm using one push fan on my setup and have had no issues.

I'm not sure, I just got it on ebay last year but it's been working out
Do you mean you can't hear it at all or just can't here it inside the car?

Ok so I am unfortunatly losing hope (but not gone) with the speedcorps mani. What about taking some aftermarket evo turbo mani and welding the 4g94 to that? Would the tubes match up to our heads? Also Anyone out there have the stock evo intake piping that that goes to the IC piping? I need this with the bov recir pipe as well not having much luck finding one though most want to sell everything as a whole with the FMIC which I already have with the UICP LICP anyone with a stock evo9 bov not using that would be awesome too!!

I have a 12" fan on the inside and a 7" fan on the outside and everything is fine on my end. My temps do rise though on a hot humid day with it idling at a stop for about 10 minutes...

the pipes on the evo mani would have to be moved as for they are a little off compared to our 94's. as for the intake and such i got mine off of ebay used for a decent price and used a 1g jpipe to connect into my ic system. the bov recirc i just went to my local auto parts store and got a radiator hose for something that looked like it would work for my application and cut it to size.
