Got my ECU today finally, not like it really matters anyways though as I dont have everything yet for my build but its nice to know I have everything taken care of in the way of tuning after I do get it in. and other than o rings and install kit for my pump and injectors the fuel delivery is taken care of. Just ordered an adjustable Forge WGA, getting there...

Nice job man, i just ordered my VIII ECU, still need a tactirx cable, it'll help once my piggyback sells.
Where do you get the o rings for the injectors? i still need the install kit for the walbro too!
Still need to get my manifold situation worked out, i need to find a cheap local welder!!!

I installed a Fidanza short shifter, and Agency underhood bushings yesterday, and my stock knob wouldn't work with it, so i ordered a Greddy counterweight from speedcorps, and the went a drove it down to pepboys and picked up a shifter to use in the mean time... its alright... but after i let my car sit for a few hours, i got back in it to get food, and the knob was burning hot so bad i had to put a towel over it to drive! Haha, short shifter is cool tho, i would deff recommend one. shifts are so much smoother!!!

Just put the gauges in too... no they are not hooked up to anything, they do glow tho!!

Ya, install kit. All i have is just the pump itself, i am missing the filter on the bottom, and the wiring and stuff... Can the stock stuff from the fuel pump be reused/fit?

Good to know on the stock o rings for the injectors!

Thanks man!

Ya its the stock one, it does look a whole hell of alot better then the ES and LS one. I personally want an Evo one.. haha, i read in a thread a while ago, "ES lancers have the urge to upgrade to the OZ cluster, and OZ lancers have the urge to upgrade to the Evo cluster"

Its true tho! i have talked to a few ES owners that like the oz one better then the evo one even

Anyone know "cough" Senate "cough" since the mileage is in the instrument cluster how I can change the mileage to match mine if I do get another one? My clear lens cover on mine has been cracked since I bought the car and am thinking about just going for a whole cluster

Haha, I have heard that the Mitsubishi dealers do have the ability to change the milage on the clusters... However they don't all like to. Try calling one in your area and tell them your instrument cluster broke and you already have a replacement, and ask them how much they charge to fix the new cluster to match your Cars actual milage.

I called the mitsu dealer out here and the guy told me that they will only do the milage adjustment if you buy the new cluster from them. But the guy I talked to hates me cuz I called him a dick who doesn't give a **** about customer service... So ya.. My 2cents! Haha

Besides the dealership, there are various companies out there that specialize in this very issue. I don't know the dealerships policies on this. Sounds like they might be d!cks about it if you don't but the cluster from them. Companies that sell these replacement/refurbished gauge clusters will program your mileage into the cluster before they ship it to you.

Ya the housing that the fuel pump itself goes into has to be trimmed because the newer pump is a bit bigger.

Ideally want to get an evo steering wheel and I think I'll be done with my interior for a while, untill after my turbo is done and worked out atleast. Then I wanna get new bucket seats.
Let us know what happens with the dealer about programing the milage into the cluster!
