time for turbo

I'm gonna be getting a new job and will be making more money.
I want to turbo my car and was wondering what the best bang for my buck value wise would be along the lines of a kit or building custom. im working with about 3 grand and would like a qualitly turbo setup that wont break the bank

thanks guys.

RRM is complete and a simple package. I would go custom over the other TSI kit. A 16g setup can be had for cheap getting used stuff from the evo

I have a custom t25 kit and am looking to sell it all and go a different route.

I would say to go custom.
