only have 2 videos at drag strip doing anything under a 13.3.. 1 is off a bad phone, and cant see much at all, if u have seen the wrx vs lancer videos on youtube of mine, u know what im talkin about, but the drag strip videos worse. can hardly tell its my car.. the other one video is me blowing up the last 400'

thats why when its rolling again ive already scheduled a few people to come with me that have GOOD cameras to record with. so i can actually make a video and not just a blurr of lights

there is actually one good video on facebook thats attached to my page.. its me at 14psi vs a b20 civic with 100 shot on it...
id hit 3rd and start pullin hard on him and hes let off and say he missed a gear and want to redo.. (he did it about 6 times in a row, he finally got tired of my auto trans never missing gears and my perfect launches on the street) i think the video is of the 2nd or 3rd time we ran, all the outcomes were the same.

yes ecuflash, but no im not tuning it.. i let someone that knows what there doing so i dont break it!

u can try to come steal it.. doubt u will get very far.. it definatelly wont start.. and if u use a tow truck.. well GL with finding a time when someone isnt at my house or around the car... no easy way to get it off my driveway without all my neighbors seeing and calling me.

ill be at the shop tomorrow (sunday) workin on my car for a major of the day.. ill take some pics, but i dont think the fab dude will be working on anything for my car, so might not really be any good updates..

 

HaHA.. unproductive day.. was at the shop all day. did no work at all..
actually we went for a drive to pick up a project bike that is turning into a custom frame job and a few other things as there shop motorcycle.. and i did no work at all..

i was promissed some good update pictures this week, and i have not actually starting reinstalling my interrior yet.

 

I started workin on my little movie/teaser for my car the other day.. im already liking it alot, and its not even 15 seconds long yet.. LOL

I was told by the fab guy.. car fab work will be finished within 2-3 weeks.. intake manifold should be done within 2 working days(Whenever he actually works on it again) and turbo manifold should be finished within a week or so..(but he still doesnt have all the tubin for it)

this week there will be some good progress..
i got my taxes out the way the other day, and a HUGE burden is off my chest, i thought i was gunng get screwed this year on taxes because i made so much on untaxxed 1099-misc wages this year.. but im good, now im waiting on my awsome tax return.

Just been alot going on.. (i got sick, then i cut my arm really bad, and tons of stuff going on w/ the company im using, and some drama between me and the fab dude with stuff we didnt see eye to eye about) but today/tomorrow we were really getting back on track with my car..
Nothings actually changed with the company doing the fab work, even if the fab work is done within 2 weeks, PSI may not even have my motor done yet.. which is a problem.. but hopefully everything comes together in a decent amount of time.

Hopefully thall this stuff will really start coming together in the next 2-3 weeks..

 

i have good, and bad news..


good news is, i got some nice updates from Q.. but no pics yet, that i can post

bad news is.. im pickin up a CRX tomorrow as my new project car.. so i might not be doing as much to the lancer anymore.. just depends

by no means am i stopping the lancer, i just need something new for having fun in on the street and also at autocrossing events because my weekend stuff has come to a hault, and im going stir crazy. it will make it easier to focus more on drag and show with the lancer.


oh.. and im really drunk right now.. so i have no idea if this message makes any sense.. ill edit it tomorrow when im sober.

 

yep.. crx is now sitting in my driveway.. drove it about 3 miles home from previous owners place.. at about 2500rpm we got some nice rod nock and it smokes really bad.. so im debaiting my options with it now

 

lol i like the message 2 ^. And you should post some pics of the crx those can be very nice car's depending on how much honda rot they got.

 

its alabama.. no honda rot. no salt here.. it has one small spot on the back. other then that it looked good.. i checked it out pretty good.. i got it for a steal of a price..

im probably gunna grab a k20a3 out of a base rsx, just to get it running again, and focus mainly on suspension, since i want a good autocross car, this will do! lol..
k series motors lighter then D and alot lighter then a B series motor, so its actually a good for the long run..



its primered, and ugly.. i dont wanna post pics till it looked mediocre atleast.. lol
im not buying ANYTHING for the car, other then motor parts, till it running..
once its running, ill do coilovers and work on painting it..

hopefully it will be my new little street and autox car in the next 3-4 weeks. gunna order the motor in a few days, just lookin for a good deal now lol
