what would be the prefered mixture, would it be 50/50 now or still 70/30? Or is it all based on where ones location is?

I don't like coolant being "T'd" into, I would prefer to keep the fluid flowing in a linear fashion. remove one of the throttle body coolant lines that would normally go to the next in line, and instead run that line to the turbo, then another one back to where you disconnected. Then you don't have multiple pathways for coolant to flow, just a single path.

I re-read my ecu after doing that but it didn't ask me anything the second time. I see the maps in ecuflash no prob.

Did I do something wrong?? When I'm in the home screen in ECUflash in the ROM info section next to ECU id there's nothing there but I do have a number on the Internal ID number which is the same number I got as my ROM ID.
Did you say your car was an Auto or manual...I thought it was manual.

thats what i did. the pic is just to show where to do it. t's only make a mess and they do that pretty good. the pic is not how to do it just a representation of how to do it and where the lines are to do it to and from the turbo off of the tb

thanks JRR. I saved the pic. I'm just waiting for the turbo oil lines to get here and then I'll have everything.

The more water in the mix the better it cools end of story. That being said you still need some antifreeze in the system for corrosion protection and of course anti freeze protection. If you can get away with a 50/50 system do so. I doubt anyone will benefit from a 70/30 mix of coolant/water unless your in the arctic.

I think so most people i know of don't run into any issues with 50/50.

yeah bro I don't like the tee method either it seems like it will just take longer for the coolant to come in the turbo.

If you want I can take a quick pic, since my hood is easy access lol
