Depends on how much bigger your talking but generally not if its not tuned at least somewhat for the bigger injectors. Reason being is if you for instance installed some 440s and tried running without tuning then the computer still thinks you have the stock 240s in. What this does is the computer will still open the injectors for the same amount of time as they did with your stockers only your new injectors have the capacity to flow twice as much and so you will be spraying out roughly twice the amount of fuel that computer thinks its releasing.

It's all about scaling and latency I'm still a little unsure how latency works but that will be the key factor for idle

latency is injector dead time.

In other words the number of ms it takes for the valve to open when applying some voltage to it. Remember its still a mechanical device you can't assume it will happen immediately

well I know that, Im just not suer how you scaled it... like did you take the oem numbers and just lowered/raise them to get the proper latency?

Something like that. What i tend to do is use multiplication on the tables for scaling up latency.

Its not a perfect science but on average if the desried idle is 14.7 AFR and the car is running open loop at 12AFR we got a 8.3% difference in fuel. We need less fuel at this point so what I'd do is take about half the precentage 4% in this case and subtract it from 100%. The resulting 96% or a multiplier of 0.96 is done on the latency table.

This preserves the curve of latency that most if not all injectors have. So when scaling injectors you always want to preserve that curve for situation when battery voltage drops like starting or AC on.

Is Speedcorps the only place to get the wastegate actuator 5-8 spring from or are there any other options out there. Can the evo wastegate actuator be modified to run low boost like 5-8lbs??

You can order the spring kit off the forge website. It has the 5-10 psi spring in it.
