yeah steven that correct...I have the correct address and its set up for developer.
It tries to read the ECU when before it wouln't do that because I had it to the wrong address but now its all set.
it tries to the red the ecu using kernel but since I have an 05 it should be using kernelocp, I think from reading through the threads but I don't know how to make it so that it uses kernelocp and not kernel.

Its probably becuase my read template was meant for a older model.
I've created a package of both for you try the 06-07 version which switches the flash method to ocp like its supposed to.

That worked it read the ecu. THANKS BRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
now I gotta figure out as to why its saying its corrupt. It says it doesn't have a definition file for it. Do I just choose one of the inherited ones from a 2005 lancer es. I don't know my rom id and don't know how to get it or where to find it.

sorry senate but I did the inherited one before I saw your message...i chose the inherited option, I chose the first 05 lancer option above (86640007) and it gave me ROM ID 86640008. Is this ok or can I re-do it??
I re-read my ecu after doing that but it didn't ask me anything the second time. I see the maps in ecuflash no prob.
Did I do something wrong?? When I'm in the home screen in ECUflash in the ROM info section next to ECU id there's nothing there but I do have a number on the Internal ID number which is the same number I got as my ROM ID.

another stupid question but what size vaccuum T's did you guys get. I was going to order them online but it asked me for sizes. Imma go to Autozone or advance autoparts tomorrow and see what they got. I also have to get the coolant line and a hose for the BOV.
bring your turbo up there to measure for the coolant lines, and there is a tee that you can cut what size you need for the hoses, I have one and it works amazing

I just went to advance and they had a kit with multiple types of tees for around 5 bucks. I just got that.

^ oh ok cool. I think a kit would be better for vaccuum Ts.
For the coolant lines I was thinking of doing it the way JRR did it. Basically the coolant by pass mod with a turbo. I gotta find the picture of it and save it to my computer.
