If anyone happens to come across a shop manual for the 2004 Lancers please let me know! I've got one for the 02-03 Lancers but as you can see that's doing me a lot of good

Got my up/down pipes from RRM today! I'm off this weekend and plan to do the install Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Wish me luck!

So have you figured out a solution to the fuel yet?

Yeah I ordered an additional injector controller from Split Second and am in the process of getting two cold start injectors that I will mount on the intercooler piping about 6 inches from the throttle body using them as a fogger to get the extra fuel needed. They will just tap into the fuel line. As well as a walbro 255lph fuel pump.

check valves for hondas are for the MAP sensor not the MAS
honda map sensors get all screwed up when you run boost through them
the check valve your talkign about for the hondas are called ther "missing link"
you dont need anythign liek that for the lancer

While I'm waiting on my additional injector controller and injectors to come in I decided to go ahead and upgrade my exhaust system. I went down to the local muffler shop and for a complete 2.5" custom catback system with Magnaflow muffler they quoted me $170

I will indeed keep everyone posted on my "groundbreaking" or "engine-breaking" turbo project. I've also thought about giving up many, many times Arith, but for some reason I'd always get the "drive" back to keep going. Hopefully when I'm finally finished all us 04 Lancer guys/gals can turbo a little easier.

Just had a 2.5" Custom Exhaust installed with a Magnaflow muffler from the resonator back. This should help compliment my turbo project nicely. It sounds awesome! And only cost me $176!!!

Talking Exhaust

I am looking to put exhaust on my '02 OZ.... what does your's sound like. I don't want the bad "Rice Burner" tone, just a nice sporty sound. Anyway..... Good job on the turbo kit so far, I am also wanting to do the same. I may just go with the RRM Stage 2 kit just because I don't feel like searching around for parts. If yours turns out well, it is definitely worth the $$ saved though and makes me reconsider making my own set-up.

It has a really nice deep tone, but it's not loud at all. I kept the resonator in to keep the sound just right. No "rice" here. It sounds really good.
