Kevin this summer I will hook you up with Ryan and his TSi Lancer sometime. I am sure he will want to roll University a few times. He just totally rebuilt the motor over winter, pistons and rods and valve job. And he's got a clutch now that you just about need 2 feet to push. The car is awesome and it will prove without a doubt that the TSi kit is very worthy and he can answer every question about it truthfully with expierence.

 

Hey Andy, have you talked to ryan lately? I tried Pm'ing him a week or two ago but I don't think he visits the board anymore. Anyways hows your car doing? I was thinking about getting together for a criuse sometime in the near future since the weather is getting better. Let me know if your down.

 

You'll have to call him. He lives over by the community college in brooklyn park now. My car will stay the way it is. I am too poor to mess with it (turbowise) anymore and it works well as is. I have most of another steel manifold made but there is no way it will ever hold together for any length of time. Untill I can get something in cast iron with a T-3 flange I am hosed. Back on topic I will call Ryan one of these days and see if he will make an appearance on the board again with pics for the rest of you all. It is quite a sight to see. He is sponsored now so he gets cheap parts. He would have to scan all the rebuild pics because they are on regular film. If he does come back try not to chase him off with stupid comments and attacks. He basically hates this board because of the rampant stupidity that resides on it sometimes. I personally don't care to follow it anymore either except for certain subjects like defending this product. I still love my lancer though and glad this board is here for everyone else too.
