Have anybody ever bought an intercooler from ebay? they have real good sizes for a decent price. Also having a big intercooler on a SOHC engine is gonna kill volume/compression which will effect torque. Im in the process of getting a turbo kit but im working it piece by piece. I bought a mint stock eclipse turbo and about to get GSX/GST injectors and fuel pump. It might be a while till i get that going but i just got a new carpentry job and in 6 months my lancer will truly be a HONDA KILLER for sure.

Most ebay intercoolers i've seen have been very nice... the injectors you're talking about are low impedence while the lancer's are high impedance... you'll have to wire a resistor inline or get different injectors.

Yeah I plan on it! Just having a few issues that I think are related. It's not performing at it's top potential yet. Cant get to full boost and throwing a bank 1 too rich code. I believe these are caused by the same problem, which may be a boost leak somewhere. I was thinking that I could pressurize the intake manifold and pipes through the PCV hose. Would this do it? Of course I would cap off the beginning of the intercooler piping at the top of the turbo. (Refer back to pic I posted...)

I think your best bet would be to relax and come out to RRM like you planned. They'll hook you up personally. Rob has asked me to come down and give you a hand... i'll be there to get you back on track.

I haven't seen Ryan for a while or seen him post either so I can answer this, there isnt a fan at all on the passenger side don't need one. The car runs cool as a cucumber, cooler than it did NA as a matterof fact. Hmmm, another discovery you all can file away for later use.

I will be there! Just trying to do stuff on my own so that as little as possible needs to be done there. I hate looking over something I could have done easily myself....I guess that's the mentality I have....
