not hating, just trying to get the facts straight. i have really only questioned what you have said and not taken anything out of context. your poor grammar and fragmented sentences also make it hard to understand what you are trying to say.

but i just still don't really believe you can tug with an evo with no kind of ECU tuning. That would mean your car would be running into the mid 13s on whatever boost you set. all this on stock internals. might want to watch your pistons.

So have you dyno'ed? There is a Dyno day Sunday the 8th. Elite in Minneapolis. Bring your car down. My buddy said he saw a Yellow Lancer with an intercooler. I blew an exhaust gasket but we replaced and my full Greddy EVO2 exhaust will be here and installed by Dyno Day. PM me if interested in meeting to go down there. We will be taking a video of the Entire Dyno.

Come on man for $50 you can silence the critics...(or get Chumped...)

Did the inferiority complex come with the kit or did you get that separately?

People want to know about the kit. The reason everyone's grilling you is because they want info on the kit. I don't think anyone's said anything unwarranted so far...the worst comments you've gotten all began with some variation of "i don't like..." which makes them opinion anyway. Get used to it. You'll get a lot more I'm sure.

BTW, you're walking the thin line between car discussion and street racing discussion, so please take this as a friendly warning and be careful where you go with that.

I don't think the intercooler looks that bad actually.

I don't like the plastic looking piping but that is easily changed. My real concern is that the kit is running the MAS on the pressure side by the looks of it. That will make adjustability/tunability super hard. Eventually you may find yourself needing to get a full stand alone in order to tune things correctly.

Also Ryan you commented that a Big T-28 isn't that much better... the T-25 caps out at about 225-250hp... the Big T-28 caps at around 375-400hp. That's a big difference. Their spool characteristics are almost identicle... like 100-200rpm difference. It is definately worth considering later.

Your times show potential... i think you should tell people about your install findings. Were there any difficulties/fitment issues/cheesy parts/etc. That's what i'd like to here. You paid some hard earned cash so be proud of what you got. Don't take to many harsh words to heart but also make sure you know what your saying before you make a statement. Good luck with your ride... looks nice by the way(Sleeper style)

Well, I just went for a ride in his car about 2 hours ago and all I can say is that If you really think the turbo size is going to make that big a difference it doesn't the only time you can really feel a difference is between about 5 and 6K. other than that his kit pulls just as hard if not harder than my road race kit. And for those of you that think he couldn't keep up with an EVO in the low gears your wrong. i was in an Evo two days ago and his car pulls just as hard through second as the evo did.

I dont doubt the power hes putting down, but lets not use a butt dyno for gods sake to guage how fast a car is.
