yeah, you would just build our own box and just put holes on each side like that, cept not as big... if you want the vent to show, we could do something custom with the fiberglass

i don't care if the vent shows or not, its just a hole for air flow. I can punch holes on the sides and that will be fine. So do we have a pretty good concept now?

ok, what material will this need to be made out of? i have access to a home depot, lowes, super wallmart, and some electrical stores and auto palces so i should be good.

need...
capeting
glue
wood
nails
plastic tubing

just need to know specifics on all those...

yeah, you need to build a base for them behind the bar, and you will have the clear tube over the bar, i used 1x4s no need to use anything bigger

you will need a sheet of MDF for the enclosure
carpet, glue you got the rest

is MDF the best stuff to use? anyway to get a better sound with other material or stuff in it?

MDF, or ABS or particle board, those are some of the hardest boards in the 5/8 in. range which means best sound

gotcha. I have a swim meet tomorrow at 5pm, but get out of school at 3pm so I'll drive down and start picking up most of the materials.
Is there a specific type of glue or epoxy that i should use?

its only about 5.5 inches. u fitted it all in my trunk and that beast is STURDY!! i think it should hold the reverse subs fine. updates tonight!
