circuit city is giving me a warranty. i still have to exchange my cd player and i have up to 290$ to spend.

 

Well, assuming about a 20-30w rms output on the HU...look for a similiar output on some coxials. And don't think that 4-ways or even 3-way are best; they'll end up being under powered and will either "blow" or will sound like crap. Get a simple 2-way, maybe one with a directional tweeter, and match the power ratings up for the best results.
