Kicks would be better, but your talking major fabrication to get a 6.5" in there. I'm putting one in my kick panel and am going to wind up welding in the sill panel to get it in there back far enough.

okay I'm confused... heh, kicks would be better yes... but weilding would be required... perhaps I can do that at later time... for what would be a temporary fix for this??? Use those adapters that I was advised to use? heh...
also clear something up for me...
Peeps have stated that I should and I should not use the rear deck...

Once I install the system do I take those speakers in the back deck out??? So the Bass from the sub can enter the cab eaiser??? and just leave the panels in place... or do I put the infinties back there as well and aim the tweeters towards the front....

And if I use the infinities in the back... I will need another amp period... I would hook it up like this...

amp1->1 15"
/
Batt->InlineFuse->Powerdisturblock
\
amp2->2 tweets (pilliars),2 Door Infintiy Kappa 6.35i
amp2->2 back deck Infinity Kappa 6.35i 3-way

And I install the tweets on the pilliars?? how in the hell do I get that SOB off? lol I've tried and tried, and tried hehe its not working :P perhaps its just stubborn... perhaps you can post a semi-how to black that would be really appricated...

Where does the H/U come in to play in my diagram up there??? I know that Ican hook power to those amps all day long but no sounds means no noise hehe... anyways post back and tell me if I have a good idea on whats going on

You are getting a lot of varying opinions, aren't you?

Well, all I can tell you is how mine is set up and how it sounds. I have my Diamond Audio 6 1/2s in the doors and the tweeters in the A pillars...no rear fill...and a single 10" in the trunk. With the proper angle on the tweeters, it images as well as any car I have ever owned. And yes, I am a picky audiophile who has been installing for 16 years.

My suggestion to you would be to do what is simple at this point. Don't try building or having someone build kickpanels for you just yet. I have used Q-forms kickpanels and built my own...and yes, they are a great thing. But you already have a factory spot for your 6 1/2s and you can install the tweets with minimal effort. And I still believe you should not run rear fill speakers. Just my opinion. Ok, try this: get a good 4 channel amp...install the front stage running off that amp the way I mentioned before...run 1 15" off your existing amp...and see what you think. If you don't like the sound, and you think rear speakers would help, simply add your rear speakers to the 4 channel amp (run all front speakers off the front two channels and the rear off the rear two channels). If you are not satisfied with the way the front images when everything is said and done...build kick panels. Start simple...if you're satisfied, cool. If not, alter or add on.

I just did some research on that amp and it certainly is NICE! I don't know that you will need to spend that much $ though. We need the opinion of Zapcolancer. If you aren't familiar with Zapcolancer...well, he obviously uses Zapco amps. He has one of the nicest set ups I have ever seen. He would be a good source of info about this amp. I'm checking out some JL amps right now too...as soon as I have some good advice, I'll share it with ya.

No prob for the help...we'll get ya set up right. Are you asking about Equity Dr in my area? If so, it is really close to where I work. That would be quite a coincidence now wouldn't it?!

I built that car, and just like I did with Brian, I highly recommend Zapco amps
