went by there today and dan said i needed to send my stock maps to him, get a definition file and log with mitsu logger.. im totally new to this .. HELP?

 

You need to save your ROM after you read it from your ECU to a .hex or .bin file. I asked you to send me your ROM file in this format so that I could verify a working definition file. And for logging you can use either EvoScan or the Mitsu logger on the Aktive Matrix forums.

Someone should create an online library of all the stock and modified ROMs. It could prove very useful.

 

i think senate started a thread with them all already. An online website or library would be cool.

good topic, but I still don't find defenitions for Lancer 2005 1.6L Manual Traansmission (it's basic model without any more words... non-USDM, more looks like like it's an EDM car).

Anybody knows where I can get proper XML defenitions to tune such cars?

If anyone can help me, I will be glad to talk with them. Maybe somewhere it's selling item? I dont' find anything...

The non-USDM Lancer ROMs are very different. It is like starting from scratch having to find the appropriate data and the corresponding axises. You might have better luck in the OpenECU forums having someone create a definition file by dissecting the ROM.

 

does anyone have the (.hex) file for the '03 automatic lancer???????????????

 

do you mean you want the file to decoded your ecu... if thats what you mean you need to post your's in hex/bin format, then most likely senate has the decoder for it... he made another post on here that has all his decoders in it.

Hey guys, I just used ECU Flash the other day, and it looks as if it wiped my ECU.

It wouldn't connect or pull the rom off at all, and when I went to uninstall ECU Flash, my car went dead. It wont even crank anymore. Anybody have some tips to connecting to a 2006 ES M/T and anybody got a stock map for one?

UPDATE: I just got the rom off my ECU, but I can't write it to my ECU. If someone could make a definition file for it, that'd be awesome :3 Here it is.
