its all fine from my laptop and they both have exactly the same version and latest definitions.

The only thing that would change the x- and y-axis is the definition file. Is EcuFlash seeing your ROM as the same ROM ID on both your laptop and desktop?

On your desktop make sure the endians are set correctly for RPM and load % scaling. Compare the endians between both your desktop and laptop. Having the same definition file should address this, but manually checking wouldn't hurt. I'm willing to bet that this is the issue, because if the scalings are all the same on both then I'm out of ideas.
