do you have "full access" to the rom? make sure that your settings for you as a tuner are set to the highest that they can be so that you can see everything.

 

under options? i tried all 4 of them there with it changing nothing. any other ideas i could try been messing with it all day.

 

id just try pm'ing senate and he'll send you his email and work with you through that. You can try sending me your rom through email and ill try opening it with ecuflash and see if the same thing happens with mine just to kinda try to help out maybe?

 

yes please do try it. i downloaded the evo one on here and it opens just fine can you pm me your email and i will send it. and i think senate has his email on here i will look threw and see.

Sorry for the wait, had to reinstall ecuflash for some reason. ya, its doing the same thing to me. Sounds like you need a different def file. I wish the roms were interchangeable. I dont understand why they have so many different ones. Sorry bout that man. Get hold of the guy that does all the rom defs and see if he can get a working file for you. I cant remember his name, ill try to find it for you.

Edit: actually senate does it. I forgot that.

I just got back from DefCon 15 minutes ago. Cut me some friggin' slack!

I just took a look at it and it appears that ROM file wasn't defined. I've made the changes and updated the master definition file thread. I also attached it to the email you sent me.

 

Ok i downloaded from the masterfile list and nothing really changed only change was somthing i forgot lol. anyway i deleted openecu and the files and reinstalled them now when i plug into the car and you would select you know evo6 or evo 7-8 there is nothing it is blank what did i do now?
