Can you help me with a definition file for a Lancer 1.6 Sohc 2000 model year Asia spec car enclosing the Romfile out of the Ecu.

For starters if you attempt to flash to a different revision of your ROM you risk bricking it. My guess is that EcuFlash doesn't have the correct communication sequence for your car. This means that EcuFlash is not compatible with your vehicle. See the following list for compatible vehicles:

when I try on the test 98720020 then appear the preamble

If you read what I wrote you will have your answer. You cannot flash any other ROM into your ECU other than 86640007. Your ECU can only have 8664007 or possibly another revision of that series.

Exactly ... you can only flash 866400XX ROMs. A ROM with a higher number in the last 2 digits is a revision. If the first 4 digits are different, the car will likely not run.
