These are for the newer 4B11 Lancers. I don't have any definition files for these. To the best of my knowledge nobody has started to define these ROMs yet.

You posted an empty definition file for your ROM. I need you to post a copy of the ROM itself in either .BIN or .HEX format.

 

Sorry. I thought I was supposed to post xml file generated by ecuflash. Here's the file I saved in ecuflash. Nevermind. It won't let me post the ecu image from ecu flash. I compressed it in a zip file, but it's still 129kb. Can I email it to you? My email is scottie1134@yahoo.com

 

hey senate i think your rom file is corrupted, i tried downloading it but it said the zipped folder was empty this time around

 

I don't know why people are having issues with this file. Yet again, I was able to download it and extract all the files without issue. I've re-zipped the files with a slightly different compression to alleviate incompatibility with various compression agents.

 

I think it's a computer deal. My little laptop did the same thing. My other laptop had no problem downloading and extracting the files. I don't know why it has problems downloading it. I do have 2 different extraction programs on the computers. My windows regular zip extractor reads it as an empty file. I just didn't want to put anymore programs on my little laptop. So I just use my other computer if this one doesn't work.

 

I re-compressed the files using the built-in Windows compression agent this time around so it should allow for better compatibility with all the various compression programs available.

 

sorry senate, call me an idiot(lol!) but it did the same thing when i downloaded it this time too! When I used to download it with me laptop it worked fine, now it seems to keep saying that the zipped file is empty??

 

I don't know why people are having issues with such a simple task. I just verified this zip file using WinRAR, WinZip, 7-zip AND the built-in Windows compression agent. All of them can open it to view the files inside and all of them can extract the files without issue.

Added definition file for 96630008 - 2005 ES, MT. Extract to your rommetdata folder and choose "yes" when asked to overwrite files.

hey just a question, but does anybody know if anyone on the forums that defines lancer roms other than senate cuz i think he's missing!
