Yeah I forgot about the boost controller on the evo's...you are right about it being about 12ish...my bad in that case he may be ok....still most here start out with 6ish and work their way up once they know their cars internals and tune are solid.

 

Iv started with the stock evo wastegate and everything has been fine since then...this is my 2nd lancer with this setup and never had any issues with the car

 

If the motor blows it blows I got a few spares, another 94 & a 63, but I wanna stay SOHC.

 

Also last night I was able to haggle and get an Evo MAF. The car is all done now all parts installed.
Was looking for a ROM that anyone has for an 02 lancer 5-spd trans, so I can tune this bad boy. THANKS everyone!!

If it's boosted already, and ready to go, just use the Evo 8 ROM. 9417 IIRC.
