My bad, don't know what I was thinking about. Yeah, just the 7200 knob is right out.

Airquez... I left you an email. Please check it out for me
Sorry man.. PM me your question, and I will see if I can answer on here. My stupid computer took a dump on me, so I am internetless for now. Always nice to have cable modem and no computer ...

thanks (and I started another thread about this, to avoid hijacking )
I can verify that the SAFC works at WOT.... Normally while driving (still currently untuned) the car runs great but with my settings at WOT (rich rich rich), I get TONS of black smoke like a smoke screen. I have what we refer to as the SAFC I, which is the first blue screen unit. I know of a 1.5L boosted Mirager who was also having the same problem, i will ask him what he did to resolve that.

I'm a complete noooooob when it comes to that so bare with me a sec... Looking at this pictures. Am I right if I say...

1. The numbers under the knobs are the Rpm ranges?
2. Turning the knob clockwise would enrich the mixture, and counter-clockwise would lean the mixture

I guess a AF gauge(Wideband even better) HAS TO BE USED, or can you just turn the knobs slowly and stop where your "butt-dyno" tells you to stop. Anybody on this board use that kind of unit on their Lancer? What settings are you using and what mods are you running?
You are correct in both your statements... I have an SITC as well, which has a similar configuration as that of that first SAFC there. Even though you wont rach 7200 RPMs, the unit will still interpolate up to that figure you put in, so even though you wont reach those speeds, it will still be valuable in tuning. I know of one guy that used that unit on a 4G63-swapped 4G Mirage in its infancy and it worked well.
