Damn. Looks like the Webmaster at RRM is getting lazy!

PS - when making our website, my boss always preaches "steal if you can, create if you have to." Maybe someone has a similar mentality...

Guess that means I am lazy and should be fired. There are some other webmasters out there using our piston pictures cause they never even seen a set of pistons!

I guess we all can just say it's a general description for a camshaft. What really counts is the price and availability of the product, am I right? RRM offers cheaper camshaft than RPW but RPW offers bigger selection. So there you, make a choice and buy. Why should you care what the description says? Is that going to affect the product?

Exactly...

I've seen many vendors that use the same pictures, same descriptions and sometimes they even sell things at the exact same price. What does it mean? Nothing more than there's another source to buy from.

I could see a problem if it claimed something that's not true... Like:

1) Never a blown motor**

(**) Since the inception of the black box.

This has been proven wrong in many places...

2) 350+whp complete turbo kit(stage 3)*

(*) advertised whp requires extensive modifications not provided for in this kit.

How can you say it's a COMPLETE 350+whp kit if you have to buy more to get that goal... doesn't that mean the kit isn't complete to get 350+whp.

3) Drives: Faster than you know!

I've seen this loser drive... he's fast but I know it. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SURE!!

Sorry for the OT... I'm just in one of those moods today I guess. Remember this... If you have to look hard for something wrong and then settle for something petty, chances are YOU are the one that's wrong. Wisdom of the ages...

I'm wrong about what? They plagiarized the description. They admited that. So they should fix it and stop trying to deflect blame. That's all I was trying to point out. The description doesn't even make sense anyways.

Uhm... they are both stage 1 camshafts.. how are they different? same product hence descriptions will be similar. But whatever, i agree with what gregivq already sayd, it doesnt matter.

Cool. Any thoughts on making a more aggressive cam for FI?

THis will work with FI just not too aggressive. Right now Cam R & D is really expensive. We though it best to make a cam that would be good for most applications.

Should that guy change it to:
Fast . . . until a rod breaks and blows the side out of the engine block!

Had to do it. Left the door wide open and a major doubt in my mind. Why don't you guys level with everyone and say we took RPW's cam and copied it along with the fitting description since its theirs and sliced some bucks off it because that what everyone was hung up about anyways. Honesty is the best policy.

Wow guy, why don't you give it a rest and either buy it or don't. Prove that its RPWs cam and you can say what you want. Its a second source for a cam for the lancer and as long as its cheaper, why are you arguing?
