You could probably polish stage 3 more but then the vacume pressure and heat will crack your intake manifold.

I am planning to buy this october 1st when i get som emoney in. The twin TB that is. While I wait, i have questions.

Since its most likely for the 03 lancer, i have 04, what do I have to do to get the fuel rail to work? Can I just block off the fuel return line? Then everything else should just bolt up right?

Also, it says it comes with a FPR and gauge b/s/r, what gauge is that? and lastly, I have this feeling that i read somewhere that the 04s can't use the fpr, don't know why.

If I got these questions answered, and it works, I will gaurantee my purchase of these on october 1.

The return is on the FPR, not the rail. Without ever having seen an '04's fuel rail I'm going to venture a guess that they're interchangable, if not identical.

auto, manual,. its the same, unless your running a CAI

this setup uses 1 pipe with the MAF attached, which then splits into 2 pipes

For best performance use Standalone.
To make it work, I guess you could still use MAF sensor.

It uses the MAF so you are safe to use your stock ECU. The ECU will attempt to run at the same A/F ratio so you should be ok. To get the best out of this mod though you should really think about reflashing your ECU or running some kind of programable Piggy Back or SAFC...

I'm really eger to see what kinds of gains you guys get out of this. The price is right though and this looks to be a significant mod for us NA guys...

This is speculation but seeing as it uses the MAF and is a equal velocity stack you could turbo on this with a custom kit for even better results over stock IM.

he said he could get me pics of the piping by friday (today). I'll contact him again. And Shingen, you stole my idea about the turbo lol. I figured you could turbo it as well and I am planning on getting a custom setup made for it after i get the twin TBs.

i already asked him about turbo as soon as i found out about it, this was his response:

It would be very easy to work with a turbo setup, as both throttle bodies are connected to one pipe which leads to the intake/mas. I could also weld the charge piping that connects air intakes instead of using silicone couplers such as on the n/a setups. I make quite a few of these setups for 1.5/1.8 mirages and I have just built 2 setups for the 2.0 lancer.
