Engine Question

I have used the search and haven't been able to find anything on this question so here it is. Is it possible to put the turbo/non turbo headers off a 03 evo onto a 03 lancer es.

well maybe you didn't search properly. Also, this is in the wrong thread. go to the Forced Induction thread and read some more. Some have done it, and use can use those threads as a guide!

Anything is possible. Is it cost efficient? or worth your time? No.

on another note. There is no non-turbo header of an EVO. If you get an evo header, which in reality is a Turbo Manifold, you're going to need to go turbo in your lancer.

But you could attach a downpipe to that manifold instead of a turbo and that's your non turbo manifold It would stupid and pointless and retarded but hey, you could do it

*takes out popcorn and waits.

I hope they will know to port the head a bit to the right and make some extra holes for the screws since they don't line up. And make sure to drill holes in the head...not the manifold

Question, why would you do this? If you're staying NA, get a real header, not a turbo manifold.
