I believe its for any exhaust related CELs. not only the header, but all of the million sensors along the exhaust system.

I'm still a bit nervous. PA requires a full emissions (OBD I/M, Visual) test annually. Not only that... if any car shop in PA tampers with emissions equipment (taking out a cat) they are susceptible to $57,000 worth of fines and I don't have a lift available to me. I really want this mod.... SUX!!!! Anyone in PA with a suggestion?

You'll be fine between tests. You'll still have a cat installed on the car, so on the off chance you get pulled over and the cop actually thinks to check under the car (unlikely) then you'll appear stock. Also, they're not going to fine an individual $57,000, that's just the max fines for a business breaking the law. Individuals will likely only get a civil infraction (at worst) or a fix-it ticket.

I would love to see you that in that time . It's more like an hour If you are good and fast . 2-3 hours if you have no mechanical background .

Post it. You will be stoked with the performance gains. Make sure you do a product review on our site. I have no worries. You will give it 5 stars.

yeah i just got the v2 which is in the mail now and im debating getting the pzev header or not. 500 is a little steep since i would want the cel eliminator too. if the gains are real nice then i might consider it. how easy would it be to do with basic hand tools with the car on jackstands or ramps? also does it come with any gaskets or should any autoparts store carry them both?

The gains are significant. IT is the difference between a fun car and not a fun car. Seriously! CEL elim can always come later when you come up on cash. Meantime you should get the header and enjoy!!!! Also stands or ramps will be fine for install. Gonna do a vid for that install too.
