PZEV makes way more than the FED. We only dynoed the FED but expect 50% more power out of the PZEV. PZEV is off the hook and make 15+ h.p. approx depending on what other mods you have.

i dragged a guy at Irwindale Speedway with every RRM part "v2 intake, pulley, axle back, and pzev header" and my times were slightly faster than his and i just have "WORKs tune and Injen SES"
i was thinkin of getting the header til it seems to put out no gains.. will you be making a v2 header??

The gains are proven. You know how the drags went with EVOLVE. he never dragged, crappy tires and was a tenth off you if I remember. Anyway dyno is proof on FED/CVT and FED is least restrictive stock so PZEV will give even more gains. Manual too will increase the results of power over a larger rpm range not just peak power. V1 is solid and gets great reviews from guys who have it so hard to comment on it if you do not have it.

Do I need the SES eliminator on the 09 or is that only a problem on the 08?

CEL eliminators are for PZEV cars. PZEV cars only come with 2.0L engines...

Since you have a 2.4L GTS, you do not have PZEV. Therefore, you do not need the CEL eliminator.

sorry dude their still isn't a dyi, i was going to make one but it was such a pain to do in teh first place that i just forgot to make a dyi (do it yoruself).

But i did it with out a life and it takes about 4hrs alone with the appropriate tools, if you do it in the day light maybe 3 hrs, i did it at night so lol plus it was like 38 outside lol.

you need a good amount of tools, def recommend a impact gun without it, good luck lol.

hot it goes well for you

I need to know how much pressure to use when tightening it down, etc. Ugh.

its 38 ft lbs tq on the header bolts, i have a tq wrench so i gave it 40 to be safe plus alil more push lol, but the bolt on teh middle bottome of the header, i could not fit the tq wrench so i just used a wrench with a breaker bar and tighten the **** out of it lol. But the bottom connection to the rest of the exhaust system, i used a impact gun and just blasted away till it was very tight .

any more questions??
