Clicking noise when key is in ACC position

Its Normal I checked it out its a bunch of Relays that are clicking such as a startup test....

the clicking is the electric fuel pump

my moms 02 lancer and my dads 06 lancer and my car all make the same noise. fuel pump....

I think it is kind of odd that our cars make this noise, other cars have electric fuel pumps and system checks when they start up and don't make this noise.
