Just a related note, make sure your plugs are gapped correctly. Found mine were off, and my idle's a lot better now that they're gapped right.

 

and finally, fixed some vacuum issues (kinked line, cheap silicone hose) and it seems to have fixed my wobbling idle.

Final note, DO NOT adjust the BISS without evoscan. I'm buying it tomorrow to fix things for good, but ecuflash doesn't do the idle rpm properly....there's another thread where they're working on breaking down the codes based on model years, but nothing for the stock lancer yet.

 

Have same problem here, changed IACV, cleaned TB, spark plugs and even the evap solenoid.
The car starts fine with idle around 900 rpm; but then, once it warms up, starts idling lower ... lower and eventually gets to the point where it dies.. I had also replaced the fuel pump ... still no luck .... the behavior is as described I think my issue could be the fuel pressure regulator ????

 

Mine's not really a problem but idling sometimes plays around 900rpm then drops 500rpm before going back to normal.
