Supercharger!
Supercharger is supposed to have better low-end power. I have encountered little to no turbo lag. spools up very fast and works great. my advice would be to wait for the road///race turbo kit. it will be available soon, and trust me its worth it.
I'm sure it's well worth it for you, and I'm really glad you're getting what you want out of the Lancer now.
My thought is that with most engines, it's been my experience and understanding, the turbo's have a tendancy to wear out faster than superchargers. Basically, it's closer to having a NA engine as far as wear is concerned. I'm not waiting for either, because I really have no desire to go with anything other than natural aspiration. I'm just saying that I would prefer a supercharger... eventually. I'm exactly on pins and needles for the supercharger, and I really doubt I will ever consider the turbo.

ya i already have 2 turbo cars right now, there a pain, i hate them, ya they got power, one pumps out 220hp stock, but then theres all the electrical sensorns, and pressure drops, and engine management, im sick of it, im going with a supercharger, they might be cost a little more, but there easier on your engine

a supercharger is belt driven forced induction, basically its a device thats attached or replaces the intake manifold, and runs off a belt, like your altinator (whatever), A/C compressor, powersteering... etc
thus as your engine revs faster the SuperC spins faster and thus forcing more air into your engine
now im guessing you can keep a CAI and header(s) since the SC has nothing that really bolts to that side of the engine
anyways
correct me if im wrong, please
