Piston removal-Parts back from machine shop!-pics!!

I started teaing into the motor last night.

after getting everything loose last night. I waited until daylight to finish getting everything ready to pull the head off. I drained all the fluids. lol

unbolted the test pipe so I could get the manifold off, and move it out off the way.

Iff you look real close you can see traces of piston. Taking the head in the morning to see if its ok.

At this point everthings off including the oil pan- which buy the way was a pain in the ***.

All of the pistons except for #2 are fine- The top side was blown off on # 2 all of the following pics are of the same piston. I was running a 55 shot Zex Kit. I will post the pics of the install in a few days. I am going to take the head to the machine shop in the morning. Put the new pistons on the rods, gap the rings. And put it back together. I might even put the turbo kit on. Depends on the cash.

and this is why we don't play with nitrous j/k

50 shot was supposed to be the safe limit on stock internals, right? are you going to upgrade to some forged parts or replace with stock?
