Hey,

Does anyone else have problems with their engine seeming to vibrate little bit more when its cold? Its been very cold here last few days,20's. I just got new motor mounts to,but when im in idyl at light or whatever it seems lately that I can feel it more when im sitting there still..

yeah its gotten cold here as well mine squeals a little bit at first now and has some weird tone like i can hear all the pistons when i first start driving then it goes away pretty quickly :/

 

Oh yeah? Well,im wondering if the new engine mounts are causing more of a vibration. Before the installation it was makin a bad shakin noise and such. The guy who installed it said that it took away 90% of the rough idyl.

 

im not sure but with stiffer suspension you can feel more of the road so i guess with stiffer mounts you can feel more of you engine. its all that horsepower you got under the hood thats shakin you

 

Well i only feel it when im sitting still. I guess i should take it back to the place that did the mounts,or somewhere else..
