Service Engine Soon Light

So I just installed a CAI on my 09 GTS and it ran fine for about 100 miles. Now my service engine soon light is on. I've read on line that the ECU is not set for the denser air quality. I'm still new to mods for Mitsubishis. I noticed it's hard to find parts for this vehicle as well. Lastly does anyone know any good intake manifolds and fuel systems for the car? 2.4L 5 spd

Have the car scanned for trouble codes. Chances are its related to the install.

Possibilities
Intake air temp sensor [if equipped]
Maf sensor backward [if possible]
Air leak behind maf.

I will definitely do that tomorrow morning. My buddy has a OBD scanner I'll use. Do you know any food intake manifolds for the 4B12 or fuel systems? (Future projects once I fix this minor issue)
