Service Engine Soon light not working
I noticed today that when I start my Lancer OZ, and all the lights in the instrument panel light up for testing, my "Service Engine Soon" does not light up.
I'm not sure if it ever did, but the problem is that I have a Kamikaze header installed as well a test pipe from RRM, and the CEL has not been activated yet after like 4 months with the test pipe and like two weeks with the header.
Can anyone tell me if their "Service Engine" Soon lights up momentarily when your start up your car everyday.
Should I reset my ECU? Any suggestions?
Both of the O2 sensors are plugged in to the test pipe and header.

Ok, so I found out what my problem was with light not coming on during the initial startup:
The freakin' lightbulb was missing! That's right, Mitsubishi forgot to install the freakin' bulb for that important function!
What kind of BS is that?
Anyway, I chose to use the light bulb that reminds you to wear your seatbelt while I can find a bulb replacement.
Thanks to whoever mentioned that the bulb could have been burned, you pointed me to the right direction, I would have been really mad if I was obligated to remove my header to be able to bring the car to the dealer.
Let's celebrate,
