Does any one know where to get High Performance spark plugs and a good brand? How about wires?

 

Denso Iridium plugs. Go to the Denso site and look for a dealer.

are stock wires that bad?? i mean does it make a difference replacing the wires when a car is fairly new? do you actually get better gas mileage with iridium plugs?? this applying to a non-modified engine ofcourse.... sorry, i was just wondering...

I heard good things about NGK iridiums.

i just bought the magnecore's at ptuning for 68 bucks(about 20 cheaper than rrm) here

i also just picked up some plugs from import power online(ngk iridiums for 30 bucks) here

how long do those plugs last?

 

They should last around 60,000 miles+ I have the densos. They will give a better fuel burn and with the wires, if you have mods, they will prevent misfires at high rpms and with a good set of plugs you'll be set.

 

yea they are cheaper at ptuning. how long did the plugs take to arrive?

 

dunno, haven't gotten them yet. i ordered them over the weekend and they suposedly shipped yesterday(monday) with 3day fedex, so they should be here thursday(don't have tracking number yet).
