Just pistons. But RRM does already sell rods.

besides just the pistons and the stuff it comes with, don't you also need a bunch of other stuff to install them such as gaskets, bearings, head studs and the like? it just seems the given price tag is a bit misleading when i think you still need to buy alot of extra stuff to install them.

Even with 80k miles on my Lancer by changing the pistons would it renew the life on my engine?

As an engine degrades over time, it's not one thing that is breaking... it's a thousand things approaching the limits of the functional range of their tolerances. Replacing the pistons probably helps a little in that regard, but neglibly to be realistic.
