ok, I see i've been charged so that means they've shipped. Quick question, is RRM going to install a set of these things or are we just going to have to wait for one of us to do it? I just want to make sure there will be no problems because I cannot really be down without my car too much.

Rock when I spoke with you on the phone you said we might be running lean. What can we do to fix that? Fuel pressure regulator? Apexi AFc with eclipse's MAF???
Or just piggy back???

3 sets shipped. Waiting on ring sets for other 2. As for install, you need to make sure you have a pro install them. We have been talking about it for months now. As for possible lean condition, it is true. Piggyback guys will have so luck. We may offer reflash for them to help eliminate the problem. WIsh one of you guys was local cause them we could do the tune for it. AFC and Elipse MAF not going to do it. Fuel regulator may help enough. We are working on a regulator along with a nig rail as a possible solution.

so does this mean the ECU will help for sure or it will maybe only help a little bit? I am actaully coming down to Southern Cali this March for about 2 weeks, maybe I could stop by if I get the pistons installed and buy an ECU and maybe you guys could play with my car for a bit, how long would it take to set everything up? just curious. thanks.

I don't think Boe has a completely stock engine.

FIrst off. Boe is getting a set but may not be able to install it for a bit. As for Piggy, it is going to do the job but needs to get retuned for pistons. We do not do piston installs either. so........ We do them on our own cars but not for customers. We are not an engine shop. Give us a little headstart and we can work something out with someone long distance maybe if they have a piggy already. We will not leave you guys high and dry!

The point I was making is that with Boe's car not being completely stock the parameters for tuning out the lean condition may be different to some of the other guys.

I am not a mechanic or tuning wizard but hasn't he had his engine ported etc?
